About You
Who I work with
- I work with busy, sensitive adults who are living with fatigue, overwhelm, excessive stress, or pain. Some are recovering from illness, burnout, or long periods of depletion, and do not yet feel fully restored. I help them find genuine rest and a sense of inner space and resource.
- You may feel that you cannot fully switch off or feel ease in the body even when you try. You may have explored yoga, meditation, counselling, or other approaches, which have helped, and you are still looking for something to further support your whole system, with your body and emotions.
- You are not looking for quick fixes, miraculous healing or intense experiences. You understand that cultivating health on any level takes time and practice, and you are up for giving yourself the time you need.
- Many people I see are sensitive and reflective, and interested in personal development or contemplative practices.
- There can be a sense of being out of step with the pace or expectations of the environments you live in, and a wish to find a way of being that feels more sustainable. You may be an immigrant, or another kind of outsider. I often work with people who are neurodivergent in different ways, they sense themselves and the world in ways that may be unusual or simply different from what is ‘normal’ at home or work.
- Because of your interests, background, temperament or identity, you may find relationships difficult. You may be somebody who longs to be yourself and also have healthy, supportive relationships.
- Many of my people are looking to have more space and energy for their vocation or creative project, or something else that they are wanting to do. I love helping people discover and develop the things that give them true satisfaction.
