Ease in the body
to make space for what you love
I offer intuitive touch and dialogue to support rest and reconnection to yourself, in ways that are not often available in daily life. This can bring a sense of relief: your body being heard and met exactly as you are, and a chance to unwind from chronic stress, pain or anxiety.
Where your vitality has become depleted, working this way regularly over time supports health to unfold from within, at your own pace, without force or demand. Reflective conversations bring another dimension, connecting further with what is meaningful to you.
Through the gateway of the body, I connect with you as a whole person in the context of your life, not only the physical body. Emotions, beliefs, and wider life themes can all come into the picture. Together, we build a space to support you to flourish.
What I help with
People come with many different concerns: overwhelm, pain, fatigue, stress, trauma, or simply a desire to feel more at ease in themselves. I use touch, dialogue, and other skills to facilitate deep rest and self-healing. I aim to offer what you specifically need for your health and aspirations, and support you to make your own best choices.
Many people who come are outsiders in some way: they may be neurodivergent, immigrants, gifted, or otherwise sense the world differently from most people around them. One effect of this is that your whole being can be under a lot of stress to cope with the world; sessions can help support grounding, stillness, inner space and capacity.
Each session is unique, guided by what is needed in the moment.

What people say
A Blessing for the Senses
May your body be blessed.
May you realise that your body is a faithful
and beautiful friend of your soul.
And may you be peaceful and joyful
and recognise that your senses
are sacred thresholds.
May you realise that holiness is
mindful, gazing, feeling, hearing, and touching.
May your senses gather you and bring you home.
May your senses always enable you to
celebrate the universe and the mystery
and possibilities in your presence here.
May the Eros of the Earth bless you.
