Craniosacral practice uses touch and attention for deep rest and tranquility, in ways that are not often available in daily life. It brings a sense of the body being listened to, and space for release and unwinding of stress and tension. Reflective conversations add another dimension to connect further with what is meaningful for you.
Through the gateway of the body, we connect with the whole person in the context of their lives, not only the physical. Sensations, emotions, beliefs, and wider life themes can all come into the picture in this approach.
What I help with
People come to sessions with many different concerns: pain, fatigue, stress, trauma, or simply a desire to feel more at ease in themselves. I use touch, dialogue, and other skills to support what you need for your health and aspirations, and support you to make choices that are good for you.
